PA20/02941/FUL Goldeneye REFUSED

Hart published a Refuse decision to the web site this morning.
The stated grounds for refusal are that:
1. hard surfaced access and turning area and the shed have resulted in a detrimental impact … ; and
2. that the development does not enhance biodiversity and also if allowed it would make proposals for similar development on other woodland plots in the vicinity created by the recent subdivision of Street End Copse difficult to resist which would potentially cause cumulative harm ….
From the Delegated Report it would appear that comments from the Tree Officer and Ecology, together with 41 neighbour comments, carried significant weight.
